Complaints

Any complaint regarding the supply of a service should be brought to the attention of the hotel or service provider as early as possible during your customer's stay in order for the complaint to be dealt with quickly. However if not resolved to your satisfaction it should be notified to us in writing by email as soon as possible and within 1 month of the date of service. We will abide by the following time-scales:

(i) an acknowledgement sent within 3 working days
(ii) a substantive reply or conclusion within 10 working days
